Lauren Daversa Events is putting the finishing touches on our last event of 2012 - a beautiful Palm Beach wedding set at the Flagler Museum. And what better way is there to kick off the amazing weekend by sharing a few of the gorgeous + incredibly romantic candids of the couples during their engagement session with the always incredible Gregory Paul. Nothing I love more then seeing two people so head over heels in love! Next stop Flagler!

LDE is gearing up for an amazing fall season but wanted to share a sneak peak from one of our June weddings at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach. Our bride was radiant and pulled off the perfect combination of bling and sophistication.

Insanely busy. This has now become a way of life at LDE. As a result, I am left with images and trailers from wedding upon wedding that have yet to be blogged. So tonight when I sat at my computer to catch up on work, I knew it was time for me to carpe noctem.  And I can not think of a better way to do this than  blogging one of my favorite trailers that has popped into my inbox in a very, very long time.

Recently, LDE planned a destination wedding in Old San Juan for a truly amazing couple: Marin + Shalin.    When they first contacted me, they asked me two things, "Can you plan an LDE style wedding in Old San Juan," and "Can you do this in 6 months?"

My answer was, "Absolutely," and, "Absolutely!"

Six months later, I am happy to share that LDE delivered on both ends.

Of course their wedding was incredibly beautiful but what really stood out to me was how we made this celebration of their love truly meaningful. From the custom invites, to the welcome reception, to the day after catamaran excursion (and everything in between), we created one unbelievable destination wedding  and the cinematographers from Hi Society were on hand to capture it entirely!

I love this trailer.  And not just because they time lapsed the ceremony or got underwater shots of the couple.  I love this trailer because it's amazing and truly showcases this FREAKING AWESOME wedding!

This wedding will always be kept close to my heart.  It was an eye opening experience for LDE, both personally + professionally and because of that I have thank M + S for all they ended up giving to me!

Growing up in NYC, it's just part of life that your path will constantly cross with some amazingly-talented people. And though I currently spend the majority of my time in Palm Beach, I am always reminded of my roots whenever my city peeps pop up on my Facebook status. Whether it's a high school friend opening up her own handbag line, Katherine Fleming, or an industry colleague serendipitously sharing the name of her company with Beyonce + Jay Z's new bundle of joy, Blue Ivy, I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by creative and talented people!  SIDE NOTE: Veronica named her company first! 

Seriously, staying connected with people is one of the reason why I love Facebook so, so, so much.  I get to see what everyone I know, everyone I knew, everyone I should get to know more, and even the people I  hate to know but want still want to see what they are up to...is up to! 

Today, I had the pleasure of listening to a song that a very old friend, Tom Curiano, composed and performed for his beautiful wife, Katia.  It's titled: All That Surrounds Me and I fell in love with this song the first time I listened to it; knowing the back story makes me love it so much more. It's a beautiful piece for a beautiful woman.  Tom is an incredibly talented musician and I'm so glad he shared this with us, and I  am happy to share it with my readers!
